I was having a stroke-in-progression and nobody, absolutely nobody, believed me. Especially not the doctors or nurses. After doing some research, I discovered that there was such a thing. It’s called a progressing or evolving stroke or a stroke-in-progression or a stroke-in-evolution. It takes weeks or years to complete and all the while the blood clot exists, the mechanism that caused the stroke in the first place.
